lots of things I could say about this transaction but I think a quote from the seller about what could be done about the card not working upon arrival says it best:

\"However while some form of guarantee was assumed I never explicitly said I guaranteed the merchandise.\"

The card purchased did not display upon arrival, the listing stated it was in \"perfect working condition\".

I did take 2 weeks from receipt to test the card due to a delay in shipping and being out of town for a small portion of that time. Seller refused to do anything about the sitution due to the timing.

Seller did offer advice on trouble shooting the card but this was after he made it clear in no way would work with me on the situation.

While anything can happen in packing, shipping, unpacking and installing I would not feel confident in buying from someone who does not have a history of working with their buyers and who would ever even think it was an appropriate response to say \"I never explicitly said I guaranteed the merchandise\" as a defense!

also, I think this is a great example of what history and feedback says about a person, my current rating going into this transaction through heatware is 65 positives, 0 negs.
